Magic specialty: very mild telepathy, only gets vague ideas but theyre clever enough to infer whats being conveyed usually (not always). basically a shitty empath they pretty much only use it to understand what their boss Garum is trying to say since Garum is incredibly confusing to talk to (they dont tell Garum thats how they know, they let people think theyre just thoughtful and intuitive) 

The only other employee at Garums rental shop, Sofrito is basically the manager and boss when Garum is away. They are personable and do their job well enough, their boss is so spacey that they end up picking up a lot of the slack but is indifferent to this since their pay is kinda nasty good for how little they really do. Sofrito takes frequent breaks and if they were a human would be the type of person to smoke while crouching in the parking lot. They are clever and sneakily garner favor with others by seemingly just "getting" the other and doing things before being asked. Their personal life is a mystery to all who know them.

-they essentially "translate" what Garum is trying to say to customers
-they dont have fingers so they cant do the most labor intensive parts of the job ie item repair so sometimes they just sit on the counter with nothing to do
-type of employee to not clock out when they leave to get overtime, Garum hasnt noticed nor would they really care
-secretly incredibly judgemental of their customers, actually likes Garum well enough though
-does not have the voice youd expect
-mostly fat, squishy to the touch
-whenever a customer comes in half the time Garum will just set Sofrito on the counter and they both give off this vibe
