Ochren is trying his best to seem friendly and approachable, but with years of rigorous training and mental control he finds it hard to get out of his "soldier" persona. When not in his visage, it's a lot harder to tell when he's trying to be friendly as most mortals will find his reptilian facial expressions hard to read and vocal expression much more dry compared to his visage. If he ever comes across grumpy most of the time it's because of his stasis scales acting up and causing his body to ache all over.

Memories of his past before stasis are fragmented, purposefully hidden from his conscious mind. All he can recall is the order to return to the crèche and running in fear from the sudden wave of magic that caused him and his fellow Drac'thyr to enter stasis.

It wasn't until a myriad of time had passed that his conciousness returned. Pain and confusion rooted deep within his heart. But both him and his weyrn were soldiers, there was no time for such emotions on a sudden battlefield. Between blue dragons that were supposed to be allies, an ancient insect invasion, and the raging storm that forced them all to evacuate what they could call their only home it was no wonder Ochren was standoffish towards the new mortals that "welcomed" their weyrn to their now expanded new world.

Not exactly feeling welcomed within the Alliance cities, Ochren decided to set off and find the Bronze flight of dragons after feeling a kinship with their Aspect following his help at the Forbidden Reach.
