On the outside, Cas appears collected, cool, and calm . He appears this way through years of practice and discipline . Cas likes to be seen as the child any parent would want, and he considers himself personable . He knows his way around social structures and can easily work his way through conversations. Cas also has a way of doing thing quickly and incisively . He is daring in ways that make his seem like a risk-taker, always exploring new options that are laid out on the path for him.

Cas may appear casual when you first meet him, however this is mostly due to the smooth way he carries himself and the conversation. It's a bit hypnotic , as if he's a siren! But don't be fooled, Cas quite the opposite. He is formal to anyone he respects, and a bit stern with people he's disciplining.

On the opposite spectrum, Cas is also extremely blunt when he's speaking with those he isn't fond of. This is because Cas is super narcissistic and haughty . He holds himself above everyone else easily. He knows himself to be perfect in every way. Cas can put up a fight for anyone challenging him, as he is argumentative . He's impatient with people that annoy him.

✦ EARLY LIFE ✦

Cas was born to two wealthy parents. Around the same time, his cousin Massimo was also born. The two were inseperable as children and at first glace, many believed they were brothers rather than cousins. As they grew older, Massimo's parents welcomed a new baby boy, named Camilo. During this time, Cas and Massimo never paid the new little brother any attention, they would rather play with kids their age in the neighborhood. As the family grew, natural responsibilites began to fall on the cousin duo. With increasing schooling, and different worth ethic, the two began to drift apart.

✦ EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN ✦

While Cas buried his head in studies, Massimo started to slack off. With their differences, a rift began to form. Cas began to spend his time with Camilo and his friends Shiloh and Zaki and the four of them would often study together while Massimo shirked his duties. As time went on, Cas would continue to reprimand Massimo over his behavior, but everything fell onto deaf ears. Massimo was chasing a thrill that would land him in dangerous territory.

When Cas was 17, he got news that Shiloh's house was broken into. He had a hunch that Massimo had something to do with it. In fact, he believed he was aptly proven right when the devious Ralts fled the city during the night. The events all seemed too much of a coincidence, still, a part of him didn't want to believe that Massimo would commit and be a part of such a heinous act. With the growing sense of justice, Cas realized the career path he wants to go down; law enforcement.

Needless to say, Cas worked hard to become a part of the local law enforcement and bring justice to the streets. After a few years, he gained enough courage to to search for his delinquent cousin. Slowly, he began to search the surrounding islands with no sightings or word of the pink haired Ralts. It wasn't until Cas was 27 years old, when he finally got news of a pink hiared Ralts being seen with a gang of misfits. Hope bubbled in Cas. It had been 10 long years without seeing his cousin, the family had acted like he didn't exist for a good chunk of that time, however they grew restless. They wanted him back. Cas wanted his cousin back.

Cas worked with the the islands law enforcement to apprehend the group of misfits. Cas was shocked to learn his cousin now goes by the name "Jasper." At first, the two were hostile towards each other, Cas had years of pent up anger against the Ralts. However, they slowly began to open up to each other. The Ralts insisted on being called "Jasper", he did not offer much context to what he had been up to the past decade. After Jasper went in circles with Cas's questions, Cas asked if Jasper ever wanted to go back home and see their family again. To this, Jasper gave pause and mellowed out. With Jasper's agreement, the two formed a contract. Cas would not dig deeper into Jasper's past until Jasper was ready to spill his truths if Jasper came back home with him. Cas knew their family would be suspicious and disapproving, so he sents letters ahead in hopes of alleviating the tension. While family and friends were warned of their return, they were not completely open to Jaspers return. However, over the course of the next couple years, they began to see Jasper's return as a means to make ammends.

✦ PRESENT DAY ✦

A couple years later, Camilo's friends joined the GCSF as bounty hunters, becoming the talk of the town. The news was exciting to him. He knew Shiloh had loved righting wrongs ever since the fateful night, since then he had looked up to Cas as a role model.

Cas wasn't completely ready to join the group the first time Shiloh and Zaki invited him. He was steadfast with righting Jasper's behavior, something he should have done while they were still young. It wasn't until Camilo joined the misfit group of bounty hunters that Cas started to seriously think about the offer. They had hooked him in with the introduction of Sei, a criminal turned good.

When the Shining Justice crew arrived, they took him to Kala island to officialy make him a member.

Cas has been a devoted member of the team. He loved helping out but eventually it was his time to leave again. He once again returned to his stable home. He found he liked a more domestic life rather than being on the move.

• A few years later Shiloh joined GCSF and invited Cas, he was hesitant at first but when he heard about Camilo and others joining, it piqued his interest
• He contacted Shining Justice and they made him an official member
• Cassius decided to depart from the team after a while.
