by owning my designs or getting art from me, you are conforming that you have read and agree with my TOS

 ・you may not resell them more than they are worth unless art has been added!

 ・you cannot edit my art

 ・backing out of bids result in a blacklist

 ・personal and commercial use is okay! just don’t claim design as your own and don’t use my art to profit off of it (such as using my artwork on merch you plan on selling)

 ・keep design on toyhouse you may NOT delete their profiles

 ・co owns are okay but you may not make another profile 

 ・do not delete their profile at all

 ・no refunds

 ・if uploading old art from me please credit snifku instead of this account :3

 ・you do not need to ask me to slightly change the color of a adopt but if it’s a major change please check it with me

 ・if POC you cannot change their skin color and if they resemble a sexuality or are trans you cannot change that

 ・you cannot sell/trade ANY of my designs to people listed here! if you do then you will be blacklisted/greylisted as well ^_^ 

・greylist is people i don’t mind interacting with me but do not want owning my designs or getting art from me . blacklist is people i want to contact with at all of owning my designs or getting art from me

・please do not interact with me if you support/are friends with any of the people in my blacklist..

 ・i do not block people, so if you are in my greylist and want to talk to me about it feel free to message me!! 

 ・do not harass anyone in here
