I am okay with you turning them into an open / closed species as long as you also have permission to do so by the owner of said species

do not take the character off of toyhouse (you can advertise elsewhere but they must have a toyhouse account, and please let them know of this too. If they need a code, I can provide one)

do not resell for more than the original price unless extra art was added to it (comms, personal art, etc - gift art doesn’t count)

Do NOT use my characters for any hate speech, NFTs, or AI

you cannot sell a raffle adopt even if you comm art of them (I prefer them to not have monetary value so others can have a chance for it via trades / art)
