About

Imperium is the President of Panem, and the one who both thought of and set into motion the annual hunger games. He is adorned with modifications of many types, including a split tail and tongue, and tall blue horns atop his head. Although he is rather physically weak, he has unopposed power over all of the districts and capitol, able to crush rebellions whenever they arise with ease. His cruelty is most easily shown through his love of the hunger games, and the glee he takes in pondering new and exciting ways for poverty-ridden children to meet their ends.

Trivia

• Imperium was recently the victim of an assassination attempt which left him comatose for several months. His attacker has yet to be found.
• Previously he was the centre of a scandal in which he was found to be having an affair with his secretary. She was fired and replaced with a male secretary, but unbeknownst to the public Imperium began an affair with him as well.
• He owns a pet snake, Vyrian, who inspired Panem's emblem.
• He has been recently looking into research for a mech suit...
