Kazuki is a rather serious person, as well as dedicated and studious. He's also quite the perfectionist, always wanting to be the best. He either outright refuses to do something he's bad at, or practices it enough that he becomes good at it. Kazuki has a bit of a standofish personality, but it's not really on purpose- he's just a bit prickly and irritable, and very blunt- but he never intends to be outright mean to others. In reality, beyond his prickly exterior, there is a very kind and loving person with a heart of gold. He always stands up for those who have been slighted, and doesn't take injustice lightly- Kazuki has a very strong sense of justice.

Kazuki expresses his care for others through his behaviors, rather than his words. He also strongly likes physical affection, but only a select few- otherwise, he hates to be touched. With Blue, he likes to absentmindedly play with Blue's clothes or fur, and likes the same done in return. When Blue and Kazuki are together, Kazuki often has an arm around Blue, is holding his hand, or something similar. He also uses pet names a lot, and is generally similar to a clingy high school boyfriend.

While Kazuki doesn't have much of a sweet tooth, Blue loves sweets. Kazuki enjoys baking, and originally started off making breads, but started to make desserts upon meeting Blue and learning of his insatiable hunger for sweets. Kazuki now specializes in cakes as well as breads- he especially enjoys making cakes that feature fruit.
