The Lost King

He was the last Starfell ruler to exist
[No one knows what happened to him
He and his brother vanished when The Void attacked
The only thing found was the crown]

Born blind he uses water magic to "see" around him
Pure water elemental = he is kind, forgiving, laid back, and generally goes with the flow
His robe is based on a waterfall
It is believed that the crown granted the wearer teleportation powers
