Shawn is verbally expressive and quick witted. He’s a huge chatterbox who’ll talk to practically anybody. He’s gentle, affectionate and humorous but can get very serious, restless and indecisive. Enjoys a bit of adventure and gets excited in sudden tough situations, embracing the challenge head on. Being caught up in the moment often has him making dumb split second decisions, getting himself hurt. Aside from that he’s quite smart, having created the vast majority of the weapons and armour they use to fight off the monsters.

History/Abilities
Weapons Creator
Creates anything from armour, weapons, potions, sprays and all kinds of gadgets to keep the monsters at bay. Doesn't deal with the magical side of it, but helps the group who do.
Technology Manipulation
Controls technology, computers, robots, hardware and other devices. It can be done telekinetically if the device is something he's dealt with before. Any new devices must have a physical touch/connection in order to control it (at first)
Metal Manipulation
Can mildly control and warp metals.

Design
• Tail is as long as he is tall.
• The tail is based off the ringtailed cat.
• Tail has 15 stripes (can be simplified for non-realistic art).
• He can be put in any sort of clothes, as long as his scars, tattoo(if his shirt is off) and piercings are there.

Trivia
• Learned to create helpful tools while in the lab.
• Saved Jay's life and became the boys first out of dome friend.
• Cuddles his tail when he sleeps/uses it as a pillow.
• Sticks tongue out in concentration.
• Readily puts himself in the way of danger without thinking.
• Speaks from the corner of his mouth when he’s upset or unsure.

Isla
The two have been together for 8 years. They're cuddly and cute in private (Isla calls him Shawny or Bear). But in public he's called Ryder. She takes her community leadership role very seriously. Though, Shawn doesn't make it easy for her with his constant flirts and teasing.
Jay
Found the kid when he was out hunting and took it upon himself to help him out. The language barrier made it a struggle at first, but the two are fairly close friends years later.
