PERSONALITY
Stubborn, steadfast, and brash, Alistaire has little restraint when it comes to fighting for things he cares passionately about. He believes that it is the duty of the strong to help the weak; those with fortune to help those unfortunate. While he may be a prince (and later king), he does not see himself on any sort of pedestal and believes whole-heartedly in equality and kindness. He may be a little rough around the edges, but there is a warm aura around him that seems to attract others.

His name is pronounced (all-i-stair) (bay-ou-mont)
Alistaire comes from a royal lineage known as the "Blessed Goldens" where pure bred royals don golden eyes and golden hair. With his mother being a 'commoner', he inherited just enough to pass for the royal that he is.
He is often referred to as 'unsightly' and even 'ugly' due to his pelt being majority black and grey. Some call him a "Cursed Golden"
He hates his father and his tyrannical rule; often pinning his father as the reason for his beloved mother's death.
