Maxie Reness

Maxie was swept to sea in a storm., He washed up on the shore of the coastal village of Solago where he was taken in. The village was a tight-knit community of Eldath worshipers and thus Maxie's clerical studies were natural. When he was a bit older he decided he needed to know where he came from, with the blessing of his mothers he left. On his journey, he came to the small town of River's Edge, where he made some friends. He invented chicken nuggets, met an oracle, got a teleporting dog, reunited with his family, and released a very aggressive water elemental which saught to destroy and kill evreything.

With advice from the oracle, they saught out a sword said to slay anything. This task left the party clinging to life. With barely any time to heal, they confronted the elemental. Together with a prayer, a bard's song, and brute strength, the elemental's heart was pierced. Rewarded for his faith Maxie met with his Goddess, who offred him one wish. With the wish, he asked the Goddess to bring back everyone who had died, the Goddess happily granted this. Since the events of his first adventure Maxie has chosen to stay local, taking up a plethora of odd jobs. Eventually moving to the neighboring city, Myenenures, and took a job at the Resting Note. Despite being rather humbled and finding full enjoyment in serving the public his magical prowess often has people comparing him to demigods.
