Real Name: Satoshi Smallfry
The leader of the Roaring Wok, a mafia whose specialty is providing the criminal underworld with the finest quality- and most illegal- culinary experiences.
A small dragon from a piece of the Great Between that's mostly ocean, Satoshi stumbled into the Planar Triad with one mission- amass a hoard of chefs and lead them to culinary greatness no matter the cost. Despite his small stature(he's 4'9'), he's an incredibly powerful dragon, with the ability to summon an ocean's worth of water in a single breath. He doesn't exactly hide his draconic stature, but he doesn't have to- most people assume he's simply a naiad and don't press further.
It is this unassuming reputation that allows him to easily overpower his rivals- and made his ascension to leader of his own mafia swift and precise. With his need to be cutthroat behind him, he spends most of his days lounging by the sea in Malonorus or cooking for the other mafia leaders he's befriended. He's considered something of a midnight market darling for his laid-back demeanor and good food- so when he goes missing, the whole city notices...
