Don't sell/trade my designs for more than you bought/traded for them.

I reserve the right to decline any commission or sale offer, with or without a given reason.

I will not draw mecha, political figures, or anything I do not want to.

Payment through PayPal/Cashapp only.

Any art added increases resell/trade value based on bought price, traded value, or if it's your own art, based on your commission prices.

If you'd like to use my designs/art for commercial use please dm before doing so as extra fees may apply.

You are allowed to redesign them and/or change their gender unless otherwise stated. You are NOT allowed to whitewash poc designs or make trans designs cis. You are NOT allowed to make chubby/overweight designs skinny/thin! You can make skinny/thin designs chubby/overweight, I just prefer that my designs with thicker body types not be altered that way. If the design is in a closed species, please follow their guidelines. However please keep my original design art on their toyhouse profile. You may add yourself as a designer if you've designed a human form for a feral design or if you've redesigned them to where it is clearly a separate design. (Not simple or minor modifications such as addons, outfits, hairstyles, accs, etc.)

Trading and gifting the designs is okay. Additionally, if you'd like to resell/trade them, consider PMing me! I may be interested in trading for them or buying them off you!

Please do not take credit for my designs/art nor trade, sell, or gift them to blacklisted/blocklisted users. Doing so will result in you being temporarily or permanently blacklisted/blocklisted.

Do not use my designs/art for criminal behavior or morally reprehensible behavior (NFTs, Pedophilia, Scamming, Bigotry, etc)

If I find anyone selling my art, characters, or anything else on my toyhouse as NFTs I will hunt you down, blacklist you, and legally persecute you <3

I explicitly forbid any reproduction of my work (including art, designs, and literature), including on any blockchain-related endeavors. (This includes art/designs not on my toyhouse and designs that are not under my ownership that are designed by me.)
