LA CREATURA
> They are a member of the predator species, hence their sharp teeth and claws
> Their true form is hare-esque, except also catlike with the claws and teeth
> They wear a red glowy rectangle on a necklace, it is their life force aka their soul. The species can live for a very long time and can switch bodies to ensure long-time survival so when their current body is about to die, the necklace can be placed onto another body and they have complete control
> This process doesn’t go 100% smoothly though because even though they have full control, traits of their true form will grow into the body they transfer into, traits like their ears, tail, claws, etc.
> Their claws can retract and turn into little paws. Looks really freaky if you actually see it happening
> They were excommunicated from their own planet (kinda like jar jar binks) for being too bad of a predator (clumsy, anxious, etc.) so they hopped in a shuttle and went out into space in search of a planet where they can live
> They don’t know jack shit about Earth so they just landed in the middle of nowhere and the first building they saw was Bilis’ hotel in deadbeat escape
