Neapolitan is a fun but mischevious draconequus who loved casting her signature magic, that being the ability to instantly conjure ice cream, onto other ponies. Then one day, she met both Sunflower and Fire Brew, who convinced her to try to use her power for good. She figured she could use her power to help with parties and she earned her cutie mark for being more helpful and positive with her magic.
She has a llama toy named Pistachio that she keeps in her mane and that she takes every place.
