Trader penguin. At some point he travels with Corvuss and Goliath to the equivalent of Antarctica (its like penguin city with more humanoid penguins), and back. His brown feathers are a unique family trait.
He can be drawn as a normal/chibi penguin too (aka no hands.. lol) or without his clothes. Or in a different outfit.
He can also be drawn out of character or with other characters
