hubbub is a plush clown doll with a pullstring that plays a carousel lullaby, beloved by his original owner but soon being moved on after her death, he's tossed around quite a bit but usually shown distaste and labeled as 'creepy' for being a clown doll and in favor being an outdated concept as something 'suitable for children' in other words

overtime he's gotten some fixes but his pullstring remains unfixed, and perhaps that is for the best

he retains a grouchy personality, definitely a change from his former classic clown cheery attitude and this is within reason
