Nanisse is an up and coming witch within Hytopia's academia. She speaks in a monotone, disinterested voice, always thinking about her studies despite being deep in any given conversation. She's not exceptionally socially savvy as many other Hytopians are, but if you're as good at scrying as she is, nobody cares.
