the following rules are the terms of service for my codes. which includes both my free to use codes, and pay to use codes. payment rules are only subject to pay to use codes. i do not offer custom codes, however if i do, i will add more rules. please note that these are subject to change and not subject to interpretation.
EDITING
- you must disable WYSIWYG and enable Code Editor here.
- all templates come as it is. i always provide live previews, so it is your job to check them out.
- feel free to dm me about issues and bugs you may encounter. however i cannot guarantee fixes.
- you must fill the templates in yourself.
- feel free to leave questions in the according code's comments, but i cannot guarantee replies.
- leading inquiries in the graphics forum may be faster and easier.
- if you take inspirations or reference my codes, please give proper credits.
- if you publicize your code inspired or referenced by my codes, dm about it and show me the code first. if the code is strictly copied or too similar, i will ask you to change some things.
- you may 'frankenstein' my codes, meaning you may take pieces of my codes and put them together with others. however remember that you need permission from all the code owners to do this, and that you must give visible, proper credit.
- please do not publicize 'frankenstein' codes.
- you may make any kind of edits to fit your need, as long as proper credit is given, and the edited code isn't publicized.
copyrights
- please note that although the you may use my codes, the copyright always stays with me.
- you're allowed to share the code, but do not share the raw code itself. share the toyhou.se link.
- never claim my codes as made by you.
- do not redistribute for profit in any way.
- do not remove or hide my credit. you may move it, but it should still be visible and have the link to its original code page.
paid product
- each code comes as it is on live preview.
- i do not allow refunds for my codes.
- you may buy codes in my kofi shop.
- please dm me for inquiries on paid products.
- sharing my paid products is strictly forbidden and if you do, you'll be blocked.
- upon purchase, you'll be given a link to access the code, and if you lose it, you may receiveit again by dming me a proof of your purchase.
