I've been asked alot of times how to submit art for others, and it's been a huge time saver for me and other artists, so I wanted to share :)
Huge thanks to my friend @elmira_503 that told me how to do it <3
1) go to submit and select image
2) add captions, tags, and all of that stuff if you want, then click "add character"
Once you do that, you should see 3 options.
- Select from my characters
- Select from other users
- Search all by character ID
The last two are the ones we need in this case!
Select from other users
This is more straightforward, but more confusing if the user you're looking for has alot of folders.
You just type their username, and all of their folders should show up!
I sorted my characters gallery to "art, refs, shitpost" etc,, you can use them to automatically sort your art for me :) if you got it wrong though don't worry I'll sort it later for you!
Search all by character ID
For this one, all you need is the link to the character you want to submit art for. You can find the ID of the character on the link to their page above!
After that, you simply copy just the numbers, or on mobile you can copy and paste the entire link and erase everything but the numbers.
A picture of their avatar should show up, this means you did everything correctly :)
Please, be mindful that if you don't own the characters, the pictures are up for approval by the owner. If your picture isn't showing up, it either means they still have to approve it, or it has been declined. Be sure to not post anything offensive!
