| Personality: | Comes off cold, grumpy, stern, stubborn, overworking, and quiet. Heโs not a people person and hates socializing. The only person he is seen to be nice around is his little sibling Ryoko. Erebus would do anything for his little sibling and vowed to protect them with his life. While he comes off cold and a loner, Erebus does try his best to be nice around others and tries to come off non-threatening when he sees no one else as a threat. |

| Backstory: | Erebus grew up in The End with his little sibling, Ryoko. When Erebus was a child he became best friends with a kid named Wattson. The two got along pretty well, pulling pranks on each other, helping each other out, and hanging out. They were seen as close until Ryoko came into Erebus' life. Erebus and Wattson started to drift a bit once Erebus had to take care of Ryoko. Erebus tried his best to make time for Wattson, but it was pretty hard, especially since he was also busy with his own studies. Erebus had no clue what Wattson was doing half the time. One day when he was going to visit Wattson he accidentally stumbled upon Wattson grave robbing. Shocked, Erebus ran away before Wattson could say anything. Erebus tried to keep what he saw to himself but accidentally let it slip, instantly regretting it as people seemed to form a mob on Wattson and banished him. Erebus went out to see if he could find Wattson, but came back empty-handed and was greeted by the news that Wattson was dead. Over the years, Erebus became more bitter and closed off. He wasn't able to sleep well for his brain conjured up a "Ghost-like" version of Wattson due to all the guilt and anger building inside of him, haunting him. He stayed closed off to others for fear he would hurt more people. The only person he would really talk to was Ryoko. Erebus was then chosen by the End Ambassadors to go to the Overworld in search of Selene (the missing moon goddess). Erebus at first refused, for he had a sibling to look after, but Ryoko convinced Erebus that he should go and that they wanted to come. Erebus at first said that they couldn't but then relented, thinking it would be better if they came along so he could keep an eye on them. The ambassadors were hesitant at first but allowed the siblings to go together. After traveling through the portal, they both realized they couldnโt go back and decided to stay closer together, with Erebus making a silent promise to protect Ryoko no matter what. |
