By owning one of my designs you automatically agree to the following Terms of Use listed below.
Failure to follow these Terms of Use will most likely result in being added to my blacklist !

My TOS is subject to change. By agreeing to the current TOS you also agree to any new changes of rules that may be added in the future.
Any punishment or consequences that you may get from breaking my TOS is yours and only yours. It is not my fault if you were not aware or failed to read it.

1. Do not copy, claim or steal my designs or art. Feel free to take inspiration~ i also dont mind if you color pick. However color picking does not give you a free pass to copy the design or create a similar one.

2. You may use the Design and art for personal/non-commercial use (without crossing any obvious limits), if you wish to use it for commercial uses just come discuss it with me ♡

3. Using one of my Design to create Hateful content (Racism, Homophobic, Ableist and such) or Illegal content (zoo nsfw, p*docontent and such) IS OBVIOUSLY NOT ALLOWED.

4. You may not resell any of my designs for more than their actual value (commissioned art, art payment, art trades and personal art does add value IMO).

5. If you wish to redesign one of my designs do not remove me from original creator/designer.

6. You are allowed to give my designs an alternative form ! (Ex: give a pony a canine form, give a Dino a anthro form and such)~ If you want to do a form from a Closed specie Make sure they allow it and that you have everything needed (most likely a MYO) ♡

7. Do not remove or delete a design of mine from ToyHouse for any reason, do not sell any of them offsite and please authorize me if you make them hidden !!

8.  Blacklisted users are not in any way allowed to buy/own my designs, only exception is if they already own a design before i blacklist them. If i find out a Blacklisted user obtain one of my design after being added to my Blacklist, the OC must be sold/traded back to previous owner or to a non Blacklisted user. Refusing to do so may result with the Oc being Revoked.
