Though super adorable, Orteaga is easily angered and has a sharp tounge. He's somewhat of a mechanical genius as well, though he's more into the brainstorming/concept creation rather than the actual construction of them...they hate being dirty and make sure to always look ✨fabulous!✨ They also brag a lot about the fact that they're a shiny AND a genuine antique form.

He's somehow even smaller than the already smol average Polteageist, but don't tell him.
