Lavinia Sephiran

Lavinia Sephiran, known as "Vinnie" to her close friends and family, is a cloud witch that studies and is working towards helping control weather systems within New Haven. She is very smart and very studious, and very curious about the world around herself. Her family and her live in the house of two old humans, and she uses this as an opportunity for knowledge and growth. Her hope is to be accepted to the illustrious Eras Heights Academy one day, so she can study under the best and brightest Witches. 

When Lavinia discovers a half-human, half-witch living in the human world, with no knowledge of what or who she is, Lavinia decides to help this girl run away to New Haven, where she can discover who she is. Vinnie hopes it might be a boost on her Eras Heights Academy application!
