Ikka is an octoling who currently lives in octo valley and is part of the octarian army. she got sanitized at one point and lost her arm during that time but was un-hypnotized after tartar was destroyed. sheβs still in the octo army but had to change positions since she struggles to use weapons now, she instead hides out in tall outposts and surveys large areas, like a firewatch but instead of looking for wildfires she looks for enemy troops. she has a singular dualie and a splatana wiper as emergency weapons.
sheβs the octoling mentioned in the octoling mem cake haiku gemini wrote and they want to get her to join them (and hopefully help her get a robotic arm with the more advanced technology outside of octo valley)
