He's got a bit of a stoic nature to him and is rivals to Hylon, he doesn't like how toxic he is, Hylon tries his best to get on Pelsto's nerves though it doesn't work as easily
Trivia: was originally meant to be a redesign for Hylon but decided to have them both as seperate characters
