Casimir is an Erminean living his life helping out with the yearly festival held in honor of the star leviathan who fell from the heavens and smashed through the thick ice of the freshwater ocean allowing the Ermineans to build their city around the newly accessible water source
that is until strange lights under the ice start following him around and the city council decides its a sign that he should be sacrificed, so into the icy waters he’s tossed, where he sinks down and, of course, encounter Drystan!
