The commander of a satellite in orbit around Elleron on a mission to repair some of the infrastructure that has been left to rot above the planet's atmosphere. Mitzi is deeply committed to following the rules laid out for her and her crew by mission control: this is the first time she's been given a position of power like this, and she is desperate to prove herself capable of it. She has every rule and regulation memorized -- it's a shame that her mission was doomed from the start.
