Tai Tajan

PERSONALITY:
Incredibly soft spoken and kind. Always willing to go out of his way to help and cheer up others. However because of his curse, sometimes he can completely flip and become a complete asshole who aims to hurt others and kill people.

BACKSTORY:
Yaksha, a.k.a: benevolent forest spirits are kind creatures that protect and take care of the hidden treasures in the earth and the roots. They are the symbol of the woods and mountains. However there are also evil ghostly Yaksha’s in Buddhist cultures, ones in which are known to haunt the wilderness and devour travellers.
Tai was born as the good kind of Yaksha, however he was once cursed and with that curse, he developed multiple personalities. Much like a werewolf has wolf urges and cannot control changes on fullmoons, Tai often gets the urge to turn into his monstrous self and devour innocent people. Sometimes he simply cannot control it, and goes on rampages. However unlike werewolves, he is completely aware of himself and his surroundings. His Evil form is based off the statues of Yaksha found all over Thailand, with the bulging eyes, massive teeth and grin.
One good thing that came with being cursed was the ability to conjure up ghostly weapons, animals and even the souls of some people he has devoured in the past. These don’t last forever however, and being made out of ghostly materials, they aren’t all that powerful. Tai tends to fight in his tiger-dragon form more so because of this.
Tai performs in traditional Thai ‘Khan’, which is a dance/play traditionally performed for royalty. He often teaches his friends the dances from Khan for fun. Video of what he does: http://youtu.be/DbOMcMS4bcU
Tai spends almost all of his time just hanging out in the woods, relaxing on beaches, protecting the gates to Buddhist shrines, Practicing Khan and seeing his friends from other countries.

LIKES: 
His homeland. His actual home forest is in Phuket Thailand, not near Bangkok. His friends, helping others, flying in tiger-dragon form, dancing and other forms of art.

DISLIKES:
His evil yaksha form, his split personality, deforestation and those who defile ancient Buddhist gates,temples and shrines.
