Millo

Millo was abandoned on the street and raised with and by a group of other street kids who would all take turns stealing from local stores and dumpsters; it's the only life he knew, and he liked it. His beastly blood made it easy for him to be handed food by acting cute and innocent, but when it came to straight-up stealing, Millo often got caught. A few times, he would get his hands stapped by a particular mean-spirited local butcher. Millo would often wander off in raccoon form, occasionally getting picked up by strangers and kept as a pet. He would stay until bored or well-fed.

Millo has a run-in with the big dog gang in his city and ends up in a relationship with the boss, Vincent. Vincent lets Millo have his freedom but consistently keeps him under watch so he can scoop in and keep him out of trouble and out of harm.
