design notes:
• Wisps usually surround their body, can breathe purple ghostly fire
• "True form" has 3 heads with werewolf-like anatomy
• The heads share the same mind, but differ slightly in how they express themselves
• "Sealed form" (anthro) has one head, with scars on the neck
• In anthro form, can be drawn with breasts or flat chested
• Rib scars are optional when drawing, can also be drawn covered in more scars
• Markings and colors are fluid and do not need to be exact
