Katyleen "powerKitten" Kitten

Katyleen "powerKitten" Kitten is a Human/Wolf Hybrid Witch of Time. She found herself drawn to the #SBARGv2_Incipisphere memo and entered SBARGv2 when she was young. Due to a glitch/as a punishment from Chronos, she was dumped into an unfinished glitchy Land. Coincidentially, it was identical to the Land given to her pre-Gigareset self, Hazel "rechargedNintendo" Careon. She uses the chumhandle powerKitten and the color #ff0000. She has become what is referred to in Homestuck² as an "Ultimate Self" following the Red Rift, with her SOUL acting as a Dreambubble safe haven for the versions of herself that were doomed. This space is known as the powerCity, but you'll have to wait to hear more about it ;3

BACKGROUND

Born in 2000, Katyleen grew up in Merriam KS. Due to a strange quirk in reality, she either went unnamed for her pre-session life, or her name developed antimemetic properties and was forgotten. She entered using two computers, one running the SBARGv2 Client and the other running the SBARGv2 Server for herself. She prototyped a plushie of MoonMoon, and various other things depending on Timeline factors. What was secondary prototyped in the Alpha is lost, although it's been rumored that a drawing of Katie as a Heir of Hope torn out of her dream journal was a potential prototype. After arriving on the Land of Copper and Lasers, she was given a new name by a player going by perpetuallyOptimistic... "Katyleen Kitten." Her Land Quest was incredibly dangerous due to the high concentration of Glitches that blanketed the Land of Copper and Lasers, in addition to the absurdist nature of the Land's Dungeons keeping her on her toes. In roughly 50% of Timelines, LoCaL was so overcome by glitches that it crashed the rest of the session during generation, leaving Katie the sole survivor. These Katies eventually jumped into the Timeline where LoCaL generated properly with their Sprites, which were not secondary prototyped. They were known as "alternateKitten" and after being prototyped with their own sprites, they became MoonAKMoonSprite. This left most Katies with two sprites, although one or the other would sometimes be lost. Katie's original Sprite hasn't made an appearance since the Red Rift, and MoonAKMoonSprite was merged with the rest of herselves. Regardless, Katie was absolutely dreadful in her role as the Witch of Time, crashing tons of Timelines mostly due to mistakes in Timeloops. However, sometimes it was more the result of something going wrong in other ways, such as being hopelessly corrupted by a Dungeon based off the Flash animation series Madness and then finding a dead version of Rise. In their corrupted states, these Katies attempted to take Rise's place in Chronos' plan, but were all summarily rejected eventually. Other Katies found their code forcefully merged with Charles' code, in an attempt by Chronos to get rid of both of them. Along with creating the Land of Copper and Lasers and Steam and Crossroads, the resulting KatieCharles' became almost unstoppable forces of chaos and absurd plans, which thankfully always ended up accidentally wrecking their Timelines to the point they failed to become Alpha.. Helix knows what horrors would be wrought if that happened in the Alpha Timeline. But, getting back to the Alpha Timeline, she spent most of her time messing around and doing dungeon crawls with three players: Gambit, River Garren, and Kimura. She trusted them as her most valuable friends, resulting in her developing a strong Best Friend attachment to River in SBARG 2.5: Dungeon Crashers. Within the Session, she transitioned into a woman after feeling a rush of Gender Euphoria from a dungeon that inverted her body's sex for Da Lulz. She briefly dated a Player named Jovin, and had her heart broken for the first time after he dumped her unexpectedly. She also adopted a Consort Player named Nak, trying to keep him safe. She even created her own AI companion, the "Cool as Fuck Artificial Intelligence" which she installed into the Core of the Land of Copper and Lasers. She made a copy of the AI which she had installed into implants running all over her body, which were integrated by doing surgery on her corpse before throwing her on the Quest Bed. This CAFAI eventually became *DeusEx. After Beating The Game, she claimed an uninhabited sand planet called Desertia for herself, and was thrust into Intergalatic Politics due to it being on a major trade route. She leveraged what power this gave her in the Federation to keep the Starter System created by the Players a secret so that they wouldn't be attacked or colonized. She used a cardboard box painted like the TARDIS as an aesthetic traveling device, although it was really just cardboard with thrusters linked to an interior stored in a Doomed Timeline where the SBARGv2 Incipisphere was consumed by a Black Hole. She also dated a Player going by avidCurator, who eventually committed suicide by overdosing on radioactive waste. The Timeline diverges here due to The Discourse, but a rough summary is that: In the "Crowchaser" Timeline, Katie joined River's mission to find the Player slothfulLunchmeat. This Katie was chased off by Elsey insulting her at one point, and developed a friendship with Jake. In the "Barcrawler" Timeline, all of her friends seemingly disappeared, leaving her alone with some random aliens that would stop by Gene's Garden v2, causing this Katie to become jaded and distrusting. Eventually, Barcrawler would retreat to Desertia, and descended into the sandy Core to Dream, Dream, Dream, Dream, Dream, Dream. Within the Dreambubbles, she met her pre-Gigareset self and the rest of the Lost Pawns when their Meteor Hideout drifted through. She fell in love with a 'Light Player' named Micha, and slowly came to consider the Lost Pawns as her true friends. During this time, the Red Rift occurred, forcefully merging all of the Katies from every Timeline into a single person. After coming to terms with her new flood of memories, she continued to spend time with the Pawns until Omega attacked, killing Micha as part of his evil plans. Engulfed with rage, she killed Omega with the help of other Players on the release of Homestuck Act 7 using Homestuckian Union, an overpowered fraymotif she acquired in the Session that draws on the users' feelings for the web-comic Homestuck. She then fought against the Scourge and Malice to finally win her friends a ticket to Gene. After arriving back in the Universe she created, she grieved for all the lovers she had lost, and tried to steel her heart away. But despite her best efforts, she fell in love with a Hepian named Mei, and felt she had finally found her soulmate. After spending lots of time with her, the Universe began to come back to life as Rise introduced new faces to it, and she returned to spend time with her friends from both the Pawns and the Session to try and take down VoidCo. She converted her Desertian Lab into a Hotel for all the new and returning Players that needed homes, and after an incident, her and Charles formed an approximation of the Hepian Bond Sense or Thoren's Heart Container. Where that will take her, not even I know at this point.
