Pearl Demon

He lives in a desolate beach by a mountain range.

His “occupation” mostly revolves around pearls.  He is like a pearl collector/maker, where he eats sand using his hand mouths and keeps it there until it’s done. The eye shaped pearls are ones of wisdom, and they mimic the ones on his tongue and insides. But occasionally others are created! But they all usually come out eye shaped or have a little pupil/iris. 

When making pearls,  doing a low energy activity, or simply going about his business, he become smaller (like first picture). The bigger form is when he needs to defend their territory, show off, gather large amount of sand, or are utilizing the pearls. There’s no magical transformation (instantly happening/poof), each portion that changes moves to the new position (ie tail spikes move up)

 The eyes on his tongue and one pearls aren’t able to see, but they can feel- this helps him cause his vision is a bit finicky under certain conditions. 

He would almost always have a smile on their face, and would be a bit cocky and rather arrogant, but not like he’s a total jerk. He is rather isolated, and has lots of pride in what he’s able to do. So that’s what sorta fuels the arrogance. He also takes great pride in himself. Especially so with his fur. While waiting for the pearls, he grooms himself for hours on end. And it’s probably one of his favorite activities too! He’s able to groom his fur by either “swallowing” the eyes where they’re brought down into inside of the tongue (then pop up later), have eyelids, or use the underside of his tongue. 

As for friends/relationships, I think he would be super cool with Yuuma because rocks, stones and shiny stuff + Edrea because of the teeth and spikes. Possibly enemies with Nekraphim due to them not agreeing with the pearls/Nekraphim probably takes offense to eyes being used in such a manner (simply gets upset and mean over anything)

He’s fascinated with Yuuma and his ability to shapeshift and his general affinity for limestone.
With Edrea, he finds his metal teeth and spikes to be quite interesting!  
Nekraphim is seen as a greedy pursuer, he doesn’t outright hate Nekra, but definitely wouldn’t be too thrilled with being within the general vicinity
