Micah isn't the type to beat around the bush, stating his intent and purpose outright as unconventional as that might be. He does not take well to fickle bonds and prefers to form them over long stretches of time. Close friendships are kept to a minimal amount and as such he has a tendency to isolate himself from others. Micah's past relationships have ingrained a fear of betrayal, leaving him to be independent and wary of others. Finding someone with similar aspirations and strong convictions, however, makes it easier for Micah to become a friendly companion. He's more lively and upbeat, springing to life if he's given a smaller team or paired with someone more experienced. Upon being given a task to fulfill, Micah puts his whole heart and soul into seeing the job through. Failure to do so agitates him greatly, he must do whatever it takes to correct this perceived slight in his eyes.
History
- Team Name: Echoes
- Team Rank: Bronze
- Guild Affiliation: Rescuer
- Starting Level: Lvl. 24
Micah's first few years were spent under the care of his thieving parents, a dynamic duo who were a scourge to all merchants. Having no base to call their own, the criminal family resided in mystery dungeons where they were less likely to be tracked down. They used their only son as bait more often than not for unsuspecting travelers to fall for. Neither thief intended to allow the young noibat to go out of sight alone out of fear he'd stab them when their back was turned.
On one particular raid, anything that could go wrong went wrong. Micah's mother underestimated a merchant and their team of rescuers who both out numbered and overpowered her. On the verge of knocking out, she fled empty-handed and left Micah behind. Micah had a choice laid out before him; Run away with the remaining treasure or join the rescuer's team. He earnestly requested to join their party instead of dashing away with priceless treasures, the rescuers too befuddled to turn Micah away. They returned to Erdstall where they sent Micah to remain in the guild hall.
Once reaching the proper age, Micah grew into the role of a solo rescuer, a far cry from his once passive role as a mere substitute. He'd do whatever in his power to return the favor from all those years ago to the rescuers guild, solidifying his undying loyalty to the cause. Only recently did a peckish Skarmory and a jovial Togetic notice he had been faring well on his own, both asked Micah to join their team. Together the three of them formed a rescue team of their own, Team Echoes.
