Backstory:
Sheryl is an extremely powerful nephilim, atypical even. And even more so, she has the rare talent of seeing and handling souls. After her awakening at a rather young age, this led to her getting into the supernatural community, often in all the wrong ways. She became a soul-devouring beast, who soon ran out of control, lacking the proper "digestion" for souls, especially in the multitudes she took them in. Sheryl became soon highly unstable, moving from one institute to another, often breaking out and just up and disappearing until she was found again. Finally, she became more or less a legend in the supernatural world, being capture at the age of 19. Then being imprisoned in the the highest level of supernatural prisons in the United States, where she remains even today..
