Hughes is Julius’s caretaker! Though he isn't much older than Julius, he is more mature and often acts as her older brother. He can usually be found keeping them out of trouble, but whenever they're with friends, and he doesn't have to keep an eye on them, he takes the time to read or doodle in his sketchpad!^^
