- Quirk: Dry Ice. The Dry ice quirk is a quirk, similar to Shoto Todoroki's Cold quirk. The user may generate large or small portions of ice. However, excessive usage can damage the user, not only lowering their body temperature, and increasing the chances of getting frostbite, not only to the user, but to the surrounding people too if not careful enough. The ice generated cannot primarily be melted by fire. Compared to the amount of fire that's thrown at the ice, it's likely that no matter, the ice will put the fire out due to the carbon dioxide emitting from the ice, ridding of the oxygen.
- Weakness to the user is that without proper gear, Tempura can easily get frostbite whenever using it. Luckily his hero costume is built to retaliate the effect, though his hands are resistant to frostbite.
- Tempura was mostly like every other kid around. He grew up in a fairly normal household with a father that was a super hero, making him inspired to become a hero too. One day, his quirk had finally developed, which led to him freezing almost his entire backyard over with ice. Learning that whenever someone other than him would come into contact with it, it would hurt them. At first, he didn't like his quirk, since it had made him feel that he was a villain, but his father had reassured him that many heroes had quirks that could harm people. "It's just what the people decide to do with them", is what makes the person a hero or a villain. With those words, Tempura had finally made the decision to work as hard as he could to become a hero his family could be proud of. Along with the eventual passing of his father, he strived to continue his work once he got there.
