by owning my designs means that you’ve acknowledged the following rules 

general rules for all of my designs 

• redesign is fine but it should resemble the original design (like why don’t you make a new chara if you’re just gonna change the whole thing)
• no tracing or copying 
• adjustment is ok, just don’t edit directly on the img of the original design
• keep a copy of the og design in the profile no matter what
• do not sell/trade/gift my designs anywhere off-site 
• no refunds 
• tell me asap if you want to back out from a hold
• do not sell/gift/trade my designs to any users that are on my blacklist

rules for sold designs 

• no reselling higher than the price you paid, only commissioned art and personal adds to the worth, be reasonable.
• commercial fee is usually og value x3, it might vary (dm me to discuss)

rules for raffled designs and freebies

• gifting/trading is fine, no selling unless extra art is added. (as the raffled designs/freebies have no monetary value itself)
• no re-raffling
