Vilhelm had a short affair with a woman while his ship was stopped on a strange planet, the woman raised Altavar until they set off to become a sailor

As a sailor,  Altavar would fiercely defend their ship and crew,  even ransacking pirate and enemy ships that threaten them

One day, their ship was in a stand off with Vilhelm's ship when the Captin recognized his child, he ordered the attack stop and went out to reunite with the kid he never knew he had

They made allies with one another, Captin Vilhelm even offering to escort Altavar's ship to port
