Chauncey Vanderwell Newton, Phd, Phd, Phd, the Fourth- A multiverse-travelling villain who was striking gold, until he flew too close to the sun, directly trying to steal from the Council, and was dumped in the MCEC and put in an arcade machine- only problem, he kept gnawing on the wires and getting out just acting on Ratstinct (rat instinct). The crew decided it would be easier to begrudgingly let him work there, effectively being an arcade meister, kid-supervisor, prize-counterer, and ticket-eater. The only thing that rivals his intellect is his massive ego. He can often be found in his rat form trying to shirk off work. He's been lovingly (not so) been nicknamed 'Chuck' thanks to his full name being too long and also the... y'know. Rat. Working at a rat place
