Physical Description
Straight long white hair with bangs, once deep blue eyes have corrupted to a royal purple. Small waist, medium breasts, lil thick below the midriff. Likes cute and frilly stuff, along with leather and waist high anything. Wears loafers and mini skirts.
Mental + Emotional
Knows literally everything all at once but picks and chooses what she wants to focus on at a time- her power is infinite so she creates her own limits and blocks off the part that lets her know she's stopping herself. Insane, but plays at stability. Very sad, insecure, and lonely person. Gets feelings hurt easily and has a little bit of a #petty kind of soul. Capable of violent atrocities. Also has attachment issues.
Speech
Unusually deep voice for a female; cartoonish and playful. She can speak any language that exists at any time.
Powers
She can do anything and everything. She is only limited by her own insanity. She is the most powerful being in the universe, alongside Sue, second only to God. This includes materializing random items, shape-shifting, dimension hopping, and immortality. There really is no limit. One of her favorite things to turn into is a large seal. Simply for the comedic value.
Relationships
Ro has has a good many relationships, and the absence of someone's arms around her is her everlasting bane. Some of her more important and lasting relationships were with Ziven Volkov, Norrin Radd, Peter Parker, and BruceWayne (whom she took her last name from). The rest are irrelevant as far as she's concerned.
History
Storm (Ororo Munroe) and Invisible Woman (Susan Storm) were members of the early version of the Watchtower. During this time, these two women were being affected by an unknown illness. It made them act strangely. They were prone to crazy antics out of nowhere and became extremely unlike themselves. It started out that it would happen occasionally, then it progressed to almost all the time. A constant hell for both them and anyone around them. Susan and Ororo would hurt people. They would have an insidious nature that thrived on seeing people in pain. So, Batman, with the help of a few others, decided to try and cure them. He did an experiment, and in short, ended up separating the malicious side of them into completely new entities. The once evil that dwelled inside their minds and guided their actions became Weird Sue and Weird Ro (these were two nicknames that caught on and just stuck). Ororo and Susan were now cured but everyone was left with Ro and Sue. They looked similar to their counterparts but more like siblings. Weird Sue had Susan’s blonde hair but it was straight and sat on her shoulders. Their eye shapes, noses, chins, were all different. Weird Sue’s body was really thin with small breasts while Susan Storm had more curves and fat.
When it comes to her past, she's all over the place. She was a huge part in every piece of history in this universe since her creation, a little over 12 years ago. Ro and Sue have been apart in everyone's lives whether good or bad; making themselves known. They are hated and loved but mostly hated. They used to injure and maim out of their own inner confusion and eventually fell to quieter thoughts but still fall back to their old ways from time to time. Nowadays, they're mostly a nuisance that tangle around your feet while you're trying to walk, Sue turning into a skeleton and attempting to spook you, Ro rolling people over after turning into a ball, anything extremely cartoonish and unreal.
They won't harm you if you don't ignore them and you stay nice but if you hurt them or say something that hurts their feelings, hell could rise. (See Sue for counterpart.)--
Ro's personal life is a very lonely one. Although she forever has the company of her inseparable counterpart and would have it no other way, she longs to be in a romantic relationship. She generally craves the kindness of others. She's known to be gentler and nicer, and more forgiving than Sue. She's insecure about who she is and how she looks, knowing full well exactly how weird she is. Ro is clingy and protective with the few people who show her undue attention.
Beliefs
Ro knows she is all-powerful, but decides to ignore it most of the time. So her caring, motherly tendencies come out to play more often than not. She loves children, and will protect any young person who shows her kindness with explosive wrath and tenderness.
Daily Life
Generally being a pest and whining about her loneliness. Sue and Ro own a home but rarely visit it. It sits in some unknown place on a huge acreage. The grass is hardly mown and many tractors sit outside in the overgrown forest. The house is stock full of weird things that they've collected or made over time. No one ever gets to come here. (Spider-Man is believed to be the only one who set foot in there and that was only because he had a long romance with Ro and now is friends with the both of them.) Some assorted facts include: biting people's unguarded fingers frequently,
burrows tunnels in any surface (metal will not stop the burrow), obsessed with the color purple and can be bribed with it.
Trivia
Ro is a big fan of modern rap music and 70's-80's disco funk. The outlandish fashion and makeup draw her as well. She tries to style herself after this crazy and independent era. Colorful, confident, rebellious and sassy.
Ro's consciousness has always existed; her physical birth was only what brought her to the attention of humankind. This being said, her omnipotent knowledge gets in the way of fun sometimes. So to press down sadness, she is overly comedic like Sue. They are, admittedly, hilarious. But their jokes are nearly constant- they do enjoy ruining a good day with insensitive, relentless humor. However, Ro can be serious in an instant if her true feelings are threatened, or just if she feels like it.
