A kind and sweet soul that wants to do more good than bad (despite her profession) and she loves very deeply. Can be pretty sassy when she feels comfortable with someone. Unfortunately, she cries easily, and it annoys her. 

Due to her profession she can get into trouble on the streets. She either stays out of the way to not draw enough attention or brings back up. She learned to fight from a Slickjaw, but unless she is back against the wall, she tries to avoid fights. 

Can be very mischievous and playful, playing silly and small pranks on her friends. Her favorite is putting a bow on her friend Glitch's bat.

She is the child of a maid and a rich man from Piltover before he married and had another family (Tobias Kiramann), under the name of Evelyn Kiramann. Her mother kept her until Vee was 7 and then tried to poison her and get rid of her to win back Vee's father. When that failed, her mother left her on the streets of Zaun.

A lovely woman from the nearest brothel heard Vee crying and brought her in. With her wide eyes and sweet demeanor, many of the workers took a liking to her and convinced the madam to let her stay. The worker who found her named her Evalae (Eva-lay), many of the others calling her Evie. The name 'Vee' came along when a chirean boy had difficulty saying her name.

The madam of the house made her work to earn her keep and Vee was fast at doing her tasks and doing them right. When she got a bit older, the workers used her to run errands around Zaun for them, since she had a knack for staying out of sight and mind. When she turned 13, the madam gave her an ultimatum and told her she could stay and begin an apprenticeship to become a worker for the brothel or she could leave and try to make it on her own. While she loved the workers there, she saw how the work and being used took a toll on their mental, emotional, and physical health. The madam understood and wished Vee good luck, giving her enough money to buy food and then sending her on her way.

The same night, she met a boy who was pickpocketing a sleeping enforcer. Intrigued, she followed him and introduced herself to him. The boy was part of a small group of kids of various ages who stole things and sold them to vendors around the undercity. She sold most of her goods to Atticus Vau so he could melt down the precious metals for his own pieces.

When she turned 14, she found a very small chirean boy and brought him back to the group's hideout. Vee took care of him and began to raise him like he was her own, even though she was still a child herself, naming him Ripley or 'Rip'. They were together for 3 years before he got caught stealing from a shop and an enforcer beat him to death. Devastated, she left the group and continued making a living as a pickpocket and eventually taking jobs that required a 'soft touch'.

As she got older, she built a decent clientele, including Atticus Vau, but was shocked to find that he had passed and his son, Alistair, had taken over the business. Not believing her that his father bought goods from street kids, he threw her out and while that made her angry and hurt, she did see he felt betrayed by his father. She kept returning to the shop but instead of selling him stolen things, she would drop off little treats on the counter when he wasn't looking. Eventually he caved in and began to do business with her to cut costs on materials. Later they became close friends.

Vee now has a small apartment near the water, where she grows stolen plants and reads romance books she managed to lift from some stores. She affords this by smuggling 'illegal' goods between cities and selling pickpocketed items to fences. 

Vee can be found wandering around Zaun, people watching or being with her friends but enjoys spending time at home with a good book and tea.

S2: after the death of Cassandra Kiramann, Vee goes to comfort her sister and father, even though their relationships are uneasy at best.

At the memorial attack, Vee rushed to help protect her sister from the attackers with a gun she took off a dead enforcer. An attacker fell on her, causing her leg and arm were injuries. Officer Steb found her and gave her first aid, carrying her to safety and to proper medical help. Unfortunately, her lower left leg was too mangled to save and was amputated.

Tobias and Caitlyn brought Vee to the family estate to recover with prestigious doctors to look after her as she recovered. Once Caitlyn uses the Grey on the undercity, Vee becomes enraged with her sister and tells her that she was no better Silco or Jinx herself. Caitlyn proceeded to put Vee under house arrest in the estate atrium, as she was a 'criminal and could compromise her work'. There Vee became very angry and bitter towards her sister and father, often ignoring their presence completely when they tried to speak with her. They did allow for her friend Bailey to design and install a leg for Vee.

Once she is healed enough, she breaks out of the atrium, steals clothes from Caitlyn's wardrobe (hers were ruined in the attack), and makes a break for the undercity where she joins Sevika and the others to help with solidifying allies.

She keeps the gun she took off the dead enforcer after taking back what gear she had from Caitlyn's room.

• Has a very large cat named Mr. Winks (Maine coon). He has an eye that closes by itself, making it look like he is winking. Runs with her in the mornings and hisses at everything but will not bite or attack. Just a big ol' gromp. Does like to play with Gamble, since she plays nice.
• Even though she very much wants to be in love and have a family, she is afraid of being intimate with someone or being that vulnerable.
• Really loves Glitch's kitty, Gamble. When he allows her over, she spends a lot of the time holding the cat and singing to her like she was a baby.
• Knows sign language from her time in the brothel, where a deaf worker taught her.
• Can sing very well. Will sing to Gamble and sometimes Glitch, so he can feel the vibrations.
• Hates her birth name and also any name she was been given. Sometimes she feels like she doesn't have a name, but everyone calls her Vee, so she doesn't change it. 
• Her bed is up higher so she can crawl under it where she has a 'nest' of pillows and a blanket. She keeps a box of pictures she looks at when the heartache gets to be too much. 
• Her leg was designed by Bailey, a prosthetic mechanic and a very dear friend of hers.
• She eventually repairs her relationship with her father and becomes very close with him.
• Very dirty mind. Filthy. She needs Jana.
