This story is actually too long and complex so I'll sum it up. Hatred's first language is Atlantian French and his family moved onto land when he was a preteen. His mother gives him a new baby sister named Lily before passing away. Hatred can't stay with his father and can't leave his sister with him either because their father is an abusive drunk. He runs away from home going from house to house and raising Lily on his own. Hatred feels his life isn't going to improve any further and tries to jump off a cliff to his death. He is intead rescued by the goddess Coroo and given wings. She tells him he is more important than he knows. He ends up living with Seth, Whitefang and Ajounga and going on adventures. He eventually achieves his destiny blah blah blah and becomes a god. He controls ice and storms mostly. I could go on about this one for hours.
