Haruko

Haruko Dazai (太宰 治子 Dazai Haruko) is the firstborn child and only daughter of Dazai Osamu and Ouoka Shohei. Her ability is called Space of Vacillation. 

Space of Vacillation is an ability that lets Haruko spot and reach into spatial tears that she likes to call "portals." Sometimes these tears can reach another side, allowing her to teleport. If it does not, it serves well as her own little pocket dimension to store items.
