Design Terms of Use
general rules -
do not copy/heavily reference my designs or my art
referencing my art style in general is fine however
you may redesign them as much as you'd like, and you are fine to add edits to the reference, but you must also keep an unedited original version of them somewhere on their profile, in the case there is a future owner
if you make a redesign of my character, it will be bound to the character and cannot be traded/sold/gifted separately. If your redesign looks entirely different to be it's own, you may ask if it is okay to be separated.
co-owning my characters is fine, but there may be only one profile
do not delete their profile, hiding it is fine
do not upload my designs to toy house, if you need a design i made uploaded,
dm me with proof of ownership, value and I will upload it for you
do not use my art or designs for nfts, crypto or any of the sort, even if you own them
do not use my art and characters for hate speech, discrimination, or for pedophilic/zoophilic use.
if you bid on my character designs, you must be able to afford it, or you will be blacklisted
resale
you may not resell it higher than their base value, unless they have commissioned art or art by you (must hold account of the commission prices and yours)
gift art/art fights do not add value
if you have any emergencies feel free to voucher for more, but you must be honest with the buyer the actual value and reason
-base value (what it was originally purchased for) will be set by me in the ownership history
the buyer must be aware if there is a co-ownership
if you got a character design directly from me without buying:
- as a gift or for free they are worth 0$
- from trading they are worth 50$ or the base value of the character u traded for it, your choice
character rights
personal rights:
by purchasing my characters, you gain personal rights over them
you may post them wherever you like and wear them as your pfp, claim them as yours
but you cannot make merchandise and create a profit off of it
however, you are free to purchase my characters, make fursuits of them, and auction the fursuit and character together, as you are also selling the character
commercial rights:
you may make physical and digital merch to sell of the character
for example: stickers, plushies, 3d models etc
you may use them as a vtuber, and for advertising
to obtain commercial rights as of 8/14/2024:
commercial rights of a character costs 400$ or 2x your character value
ex: you bought a character for 300$, you may only pay me 100$
or you bought a character for 150$, you send 150$
exception:
if your character was worth 0$
the commercial price is 75$
if a character already has a base value of 400$ set by me, then they have commercial rights
buying commercial rights will change the base value
if you would like to obtain it, do message me ^^ i will ask you to transfer it to me, and i will transfer it back with the new base value
all currency mentioned is in USD/US dollar
other:
I retain the right to post all art that I make unless there was a non disclosure agreement beforehand
blacklist:
breaking my tos may end in a public blacklist, do not trade or sell my designs to these users, doing so you can end up here too:

greylist:
people on my greylist cannot directly offer on my art or characters, if you are blocked anywhere, you are automatically on my greylist. obtaining characters and art by me secondhand is fine. Mostly people i have personal issues with or do not trust.
