Fruitcake is a Galarian Slowking who resides by the shoreline in her own humble abode. She is heavily obsessed with power and controlling and manipulating others. She is a sea witch and creates potions and other kinds of poisons to sell to other Pokémon in the hopes of getting a good deal. Some of her favorite things include spicy seafood, belly dancing, and violence.

Fruitcake was raised by 2 Slowbro in her old town, though surprisingly, she was considered to be highly intelligent for the average Slowpoke. Her great IQ lead her to evolving into a Slowking, though her resentment of everyone around her caused her to take up a darker path. She hopes to become a powerful witch and as such, strikes up deals with unfortunate Pokémon in order to manipulate and capture them in tight balls to use in her experiments. She hopes to add Miss Pinkberry to her collection and finally get her hands on a fairy type.

Fruitcake is both a Poison and Psychic type. Her psychic side gives her greater intelligence than most others around her and works in part of her being able to levitate objects with telekinesis and temporarily mind control others. This tactic however drains a lot of her energy, so she doesn't use it often. Her poison side allows Fruitcake to produce her own venom via the crown on her head, which she only takes off in private. The resulting evolution from Slowpoke to Slowking has also caused all of her bodily fluids to turn into poison, so she can't physically interact with others without poisoning them. However, she is immune to other kinds of poison.

Though Fruitcake prefers to be alone, she has acquired herself a pair of lackeys, a Crobat named Vices and a Gengar named Vixx. She personally doesn't enjoy their company, but she is aware that they'd be willing to do anything to satisfy her. They are mainly kept around to do minor tasks for her and entice others into buying her poisons, but she doesn't mind offering them a small gift every once in awhile.
