harvey is part of a story/plotline I am putting together and will post eventually.
In the storyline Harvey is the ship medic/scientist as well as the local trickster. harv's not as confident in fighting as he is in pranking so he is usually the information gatherer along with allium, creating the troublemaker duo that are way too smart for there oun good. Even though Harvey is not very good at fighting he is quite good with parkour thanks to running from his consequences and haveing an extra set of wings.

Harvey's personality is cheeky, reckless and full of mischief. don't trust him if he has that little smirk, just don't. although if he has a genuine smile or a serious face it is okay to trust him, he knows when to joke and when not to surprisingly.

he is almost always able to cheer someone up, ether with a joke or a genuine complement.
Negative Trait
has no regard for personal space.

watches animal documentaries on his spare time.

this will all be in order of time and is very to the point.

Harvey grew up in a big group with a whole bunch of siblings always getting into trubble with allium, he has had quite a good childhood and has been surrounded by loveing family and friends. just a month after he left to find adventures of his oun he encounters venus bloody and beatup in the woods, he helps her recover even if she is complaining the entire time. after she heals though she starts to follow him around as a begrudging travel companion and friend, off to find there places in the world.
harvey and venus eventualy encounter a relatively large revolutionary army and of course for pursonal reasons they desided to help, harvey helping with the medical team and venus training warriors. After a few months they meet apollo and azure, being placed on the same reconnaissance team. stuff happens and venus gets in a fight with apollo because of there history with the empire. venus gets kidnapped and more shenanigans ensue.

the entire story takes place in space and the group goes on bounty hunting adventures, like cowboy bebop.
harvey's resadent planet is the same as azure's and is large and considered a galactic oddity due to it's gravity feilds. the planet will be explaned more in depth in the zuxlea folder.

they first met when apollo got hired to help with the revolutionary army he was a little awkward with apollo's standoffish demeanor but warmed up qwick.
harvey thinks that he needs to relax more and let out some of that built up stress and anxiety, so he trys to make him smile and laugh or smile (it works most of the time). it's slow but they learn to trust eachother when it matters.
harvey first meets venus when she is on the brink of death pastout on a bush in the woods, while he was looking at the local flora and fauna. he healed her up even if she was kicking and screeming the entire time.
harvey thinks of her as more of a sibling at this point, they fight and joke just like siblings although only harvey can really tell if she is actually enjoying the jokes or not thanks to her stoic nature.
they first met when azure got hired to help with the revolutionary army he emidetly became good friends with her, happy to have a chaos buddy again.
harvey and azure are good pals, there aint nothin that can make them hate eachother now. the best they can do is a one week grudge and banishment from sweets.
