UNIVERSAL DESIGN RULES

1. Giving away my designs for free is not allowed.

- EXAMPLE: giving it away in a raffle.

- An exception is giving my design as a gift to someone else.

2. Do not split the original and alternative palettes into 2 separate characters if your design comes with a reference sheet like that. I must give you permission to do this.

3. My designs are exclusive to toyhou.se and are for toyhou.se users. They cannot be given to offsite users.

4. People under 13 are not allowed to obtain my designs in any way.

5. Do not sell my designs for an outrageous price such as $500 or $1000 USD.

- Designs with a large amount of art [at least 50, for example] are exempt from this rule.

6. Sexual or offensive content is not allowed to be attached to my designs. I am a minor and I don't want to be associated with those kind of things.

- This rule may be taken off once I become a legal adult. Cursing and gore is okay as long as gore involving eyes and nails are not made.

- Content containing support for cops, nazis, etc. are not allowed. The only time these images will ever be allowed is if they are being disrespected [burnt, destroyed, etc.].

7. Do not delete my designs.

PRIDE DESIGN RULES

1. Palettes cannot change when being redesigned.

- An exception is that palettes can be dulled or brightened.

2. Markings that correlate with the flag the design is based off of cannot be removed or altered.

3. If designated a gender, sexual orientation, romantic orientation, and/or pronouns, they cannot be changed whatsoever.

- You may ask me if you can add on other things. I will most likely say yes if those traits don't defeat the purpose of the design.

- EXAMPLE 1: a pupgender design cannot have their markings, gender (pupgender), or palette based off the flag changed. Their orientations and pronouns can be altered.

- EXAMPLE 2: a neopronouns designs cannot have their markings, palett, or pronouns (like xe) based off the flag changed. But their gender and orientations can be altered. You can go crazy with neopronouns in this scenario.

- EXAMPLE 3: an acespike design cannot have their markings, palette, or sexual orientation (acespike) based off the flag changed. However, their pronouns, gender, and romantic orientation can be altered.

4. Pride designs are not allowed to be used to mock or used against the identities they are designed after in any capacity.

5. They are to be respected and handled seriously just like any other identity.

6. Designs cannot be recugender or clovergender (reclaimed version is fine). These are the only identities that they cannot be.

7. Pronouns of these designs cannot be derived from slurs, even if reclaiming.

8. If giving away a pride design, notify the new owner that they must read the rules for pride designs.
