He is often found down in the market making his trade by giving out people's fortunes and spells or potions to help. While he is quite famous for his trade, its difficult to find him because he uses his magic to pop up in various parts of the kingdom. 
However, its said that his one consistency is on the final day of the week, he is found in the middle of the kingdom's oasis for meditation. Its not wise to disturb him however, because rumour has it he will put a curse on you. 
The priests loathe him for his magical abilities and try very hard to make his life difficult. They believe they should be in charge of magical gift giving and thus attempt often to capture him. He speaks in confusing parlance that doesn't exactly mean what its put out to be but its said when you come to understand it, your luck will greatly improve.
