Terra started out as an experiment in a lab. Tests on captive beardogs showed that they are rather genetically unstable, and the scientists wanted to see how far the limits could be pushed. Terra was created as the first beardog that survives through photosynthesis. The flora inside of their transparent body gives them all the energy they need. They were then set free into the world as a sort of continued experiment. They're reserved and careful, not being used to life outside of the lab. The pack took them in, but since Terra doesn't need to hunt to survive they mostly keep to themself. They're closest to the cowdogs, and can often be found in the sprawling plains of the pack's territory.
